Welcome to our Nu-Clear family! This agreement is your gateway to joining our membership plan, offering exclusive perks, discounts, and benefits. By reading this, you'll understand what our Facial Studio provides and what we expect from our members. No monthly fees, just a payment for access to your benefits. You're in control – visit as often as you like (within the duration of your membership terms of course)!

We encourage all customers to read carefully and understand the details of this agreement before purchasing.

Membership Details:

This annual plan gives you access to membership perks, discounts, and other benefits from the day of signing on.

Membership Benefits:

• £10 off our 'Signature' 60 mins facial

• 10% off other services, add-ons, and upgrades

• 10% off skincare lines in-store

• Treatment upgrade during your birthday month

Membership Duration & Expiry:

We’ve made our plans flexible so they can work around your lifestyle.

• 3-Month Membership:
  Includes 3 facial credits, valid for 121 days from the date of purchase.

• 6-Month Membership:
  Includes 6 facial credits, valid for 212 days from the date of purchase.

This gives you an extra month of flexibility to book in your treatments—because life happens, and your skincare shouldn’t stress you out.

Are My Service Credits Transferable?

No, your treatment credit cannot be shared with other guests as they are uniquely associated with your respective profile.

What If I Miss a Month?

With our membership packages, they have a set period where the credits are redeemable. We’ve added an additional month to each membership plan to give you added flexibility and time to use your credits. You will have access to all of your credits after signing up—use all 3 in a single month, or space them out over the course of the plan. It’s totally up to you.

What Happens If My Service Credits Expire?

Unfortunately, we cannot redeem expired service credits. We highly encourage you to book in your appointments in advance to ensure they are used prior to the expiration period.

Does This Plan Include Any Specific Services?

This new flexible plan allows you to pick and choose from any of our 60-minute ‘Signature’ facial treatments. Want to mix it up with an additional treatment, like our corrective microneedling session? Your membership gives you 10% off.

During the duration of your membership, you will have access to exclusive discounts on additional services and upgrades.

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP PLAN:

• There are no refunds on treatment packages unless unused and within the 14-day cooling off period.

• Nu-Clear reserves the right to amend our policies, prices, and/or promotions without prior notice.

• Services are subject to availability. This membership does not guarantee dedicated availability.

• We operate on a first come, first serve basis and highly encourage booking your appointments in advance.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies: All clients (including members) are subject to our studio’s cancellation and rescheduling policy. We require 5-days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Fees apply to late changes.

• Inappropriate Behaviour: Nu-Clear and its professionals have the right to terminate a treatment or membership plan immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate, abusive, or sexual behaviour.
